Hi friend. I’m Nick! I believe that balancing scientific skepticism and open-mindedness is the key to progress. Data over dogma, right? I’m currently pursuing PhD at Oxford University in ketone body metabolism and neurodegenerative disease, as well as an MD from Harvard Medical School. I most enjoy writing about nutrition science because I believe the standard dietary recommendations are misleading, at odds with the data, and contributing to the obesity and chronic disease epidemics.
