Left knee AP and lateral views demonstrate no acute osseous abnormality of the left knee but do you see anything else on this radiograph? (HINT – There were no broken HUMAN bones)

A palmetto bug somehow made its way into the patient’s pants and overlies the lateral aspect of the lower thigh.  His proteinaceous body and legs are well visualized on this radiograph! One of his anterior legs appears a bit bent – possibly an anterior leg fracture?
