The Japanese may soon have an army of iron men – luckily the suits will be used for good

blog

A Japanese company has designed a cyborg exoskeleton called “HAL” (Hybrid Assistive Limb) that will change the game when it comes to helping people rehab! This technology can actually sense the neurological electrical signals that your body produces, sends this signal to the suit, which then performs the function. They have shown this to even work for people who are paralyzed!

Although right now this technology is for helping people get stronger during rehab – the future isn’t hard to imagine. Either way you probably won’t be able to purchase one (unless you really are Tony Starks) – but the future for Ironmen (and women) is coming.
